By accessing or using any services offered by OurHosting.in ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our platform.
OurHosting.in provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services. Plans are provisioned on shared, cloud, and dedicated infrastructure as described in the selected plan. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications to services will be communicated via email to the registered account address.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use or security breach. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss arising from failure to comply with this obligation.
All services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at time of order. Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST at 18%. Invoices are issued electronically. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in service suspension. Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 30 days may be permanently terminated and data deleted.
All content, software, design, trademarks, and materials on OurHosting.in are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. EVERCACHE™ is a proprietary trademark of OurHosting.in.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurHosting.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Kerala. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alappuzha, Kerala, India.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, billing address), usage data (pages visited, IP address, browser type), and payment transaction data processed via our payment gateway partners (Razorpay). We do not store raw card details on our servers.
Your information is used to provision and manage your hosting services, send transactional emails (invoices, renewal reminders, technical alerts), improve our services and troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations. We will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, access logging, and periodic security audits. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use session cookies essential for login functionality and CSRF protection. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect service functionality.
Under applicable Indian law and GDPR (for EU residents), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Submit requests to: [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months for legal compliance. Terminated accounts are anonymized and deleted after this period. Backup data is purged within 90 days of account deletion.
Our AUP defines the activities that are prohibited on our network. Violation of this policy may result in immediate service suspension or termination without refund.
OurHosting.in reserves the right to investigate any potential violation and to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities. Reports of AUP violations may be submitted to: [email protected]
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. This applies to the first hosting plan purchase only and does not apply to domain registrations, SSL certificates, or add-on services.
After 30 Days: No refunds are issued for monthly billing cycles once the billing period has begun. For annual plans, pro-rata refunds may be considered at the Company's sole discretion for unused complete months, minus domain registration costs if included.
Exclusions: Accounts suspended or terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds. Setup fees, WHOIS privacy, and one-time services are non-refundable.
Process: Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with the account email, order number, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Uptime Commitment: OurHosting.in guarantees 99.9% monthly network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (communicated 24 hours in advance) and events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
SLA Credits: If monthly uptime falls below 99.9%, customers are eligible for service credits: 99.0%–99.9% = 5% credit; 98.0%–99.0% = 10% credit; below 98.0% = 25% credit. Credits are applied to the next invoice and do not constitute cash refunds.
Scheduled Maintenance: Planned maintenance is performed between 02:00–06:00 IST and is not counted toward downtime calculations when properly notified.
