Welcome to OurHosting.in. By utilizing our web hosting, domain registration, and cloud infrastructure services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OurHosting.in.

1.1 Account Setup

We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under.

1.2 Transfers

Our transfer team will make every effort to help you move your site to us. However, transfers are provided as a courtesy service, and we can not make guarantees regarding the availability, possibility, or time required to complete an account transfer.

1.3 Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee a 99.9% network and server uptime. If we fall below this guarantee in any given month, you are eligible for a credit towards your next billing cycle upon request. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from this guarantee.

Your privacy is paramount to us. OurHosting.in strictly complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and global GDPR standards to ensure your data remains secure and confidential.

2.1 Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and billing details required for service delivery.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and server access logs used solely for security and diagnostic purposes.

2.2 How We Use Your Data

Data collected is used exclusively for provisioning hosting services, processing payments, providing technical support, and preventing fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

2.3 Data Security (2026 Standards)

All user data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Our databases are isolated within our cloud infrastructure and protected by highly restricted access controls and biometric authentication at physical data center locations.

Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any Indian, United States, or International law is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and purchased lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.

3.2 Prohibited Content

• Malware, viruses, and destructive scripts.
• Phishing sites or fraudulent activities.
• Pirated software / Warez.
• Hacker programs, archives, or keyloggers.
• Unlicensed streaming or file-sharing portals.

3.3 Resource Usage

Users may not consume excessive system resources (CPU, RAM, Disk I/O) that disrupt the performance of other clients on shared or premium tier nodes. Accounts found causing severe server degradation will be temporarily suspended and asked to upgrade to a dedicated solution.

4.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all shared and premium hosting plans. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Note: Domain name registrations, dedicated servers, and custom software licenses are non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellations

Cancellations must be done via the Client Portal. To avoid subsequent billing, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
